Apply our eyebrow highlighting pencil underneath your newly applied Fab Brows eyebrows to create the illusion that your brow is fuller and more defined. This can be used anywhere on the face but it is designed for the brow.

TOP TIP: Use your ring finger or a small brush to blend our highlighter for a more seamless look.
